BATH MAKE-UP:
Recommended 3-5% by volume. For tougher soils, concentration may be increased to 10% by volume.
OPERATING DATA:
Temperature: 100° to 180° F
Time: 1.0 to 3.0 minutes
GENERAL INFORMATION:
- If additional cleaning power is needed, due to excessive soil conditions, a detergent/wetting agent may be added. Your representative will assist you in making this determination.
- Whenever a portion of the bath is lost from whatever cause, the working volume should be restored with the same proportion of CLEANER C 834 and water as used for a fresh bath.
AFTER TREATMENT:
Following the cleaning stage, the work in process should be rinsed with water-heat as required up to 180° F. and depending on subsequent treatment to be used. Spray pressure should be 20 to 40 psi.
EQUIPMENT:
Tank and heating elements, housing, pump, piping, and spray nozzles may be constructed of mild steel. Type 304 stainless steel nozzles are recommended as they do not corrode, erode, or cavitate, thus giving lifetime performance in both cleaner and rinse stages.
SAFETY DATA:
Personnel handling Ultra Clean C 834 must read and understand any CAUTION label affixed to the shipping container. DO NOT USE ON ALUMINUM
The use of face shields or goggles and rubber gloves is recommended. Ultra Clean C 834 contacting the skin should be washed off with water. If the eyes are involved, flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes. If any irritation persists, please see a physician.
